Receiving an industry accreditation when it was nominated for the “Excellence in NSW Regions Development” Award at the 2018 UDIA Awards, the Albany development offered Central Element the perfect opportunity to deliver high-quality apartments in a tightly held enclave.

Teaming up with award-winning partners, Marchese Partners architects and top-tier builder Richard Crookes, Central Element created 54 spacious apartments that set a new benchmark for the area. Offering expansive views overlooking Brisbane Waters, the interiors mirror the breathtaking scenery. Available in two different schemes, the kitchens and bathrooms feature luxury finishes including stone bench-tops and mirrored splash-backs; the design was superbly crafted for effortless entertaining. In the light scheme, Central Element opted for our Chalet White Midi, the white wash timber floor lending itself to the classic European inspired aesthetic.
