Golding Grove, transformed by Bull & Bear Projects, is a serene riverside family home that masterfully blends modern coastal style with practical living. Featuring calm neutrals and distinct zones for entertaining and relaxing, the standout primary suite includes a luxurious bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite with scenic views. Havwoods' Ryde Plank timber flooring from the V Collection adds warmth and natural elegance throughout, harmonising with the landscape-inspired palette. The result is a timeless, cohesive sanctuary that highlights the power of thoughtful design and quality materials.
Under the expert craftsmanship of Bull & Bear Projects, Golding Grove has been transformed into a sophisticated family home that seamlessly blends modern coastal aesthetics with functional living. Positioned against a serene riverside backdrop, the design embraces calm, neutral tones, and carefully zoned spaces to entertain and unwind.
A standout feature of the renovation is the luxurious primary suite—a reimagined space that exudes comfort and tranquility.
Originally a split-level layout with three bedrooms and one bathroom, the suite now boasts a spacious bedroom with a wide balcony overlooking the river and bushland, a lavish walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite.
The harmonious blend of timber flooring, a custom cork bedhead, sheer curtains, and complementary tonal tiles resulted in a warm and inviting sanctuary, perfectly tailored for the client’s relaxation.
Throughout the home, Ryde Plank flooring from the Havwoods V Collection elegantly anchors the diverse elements incorporated into the project. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape, the flooring’s organic timber features and soft, natural tones complement the riverside setting while adding warmth and depth. Its refined variation provides the perfect foundation for layering textures and materials, reinforcing the home’s timeless appeal.
