This creative office space design for WeWork was developed by designers TomMarkHenry. Located in the famous former Commonwealth Bank site nicknamed The Money Box building in Martin Place, WeWork occupies 3700 square meters spread across three floors.

TomMarkHenry collaborated with WeWork to meet their global standards and brand guidelines. Specific spaces needed to be included in each location and functional requirements were of high importance.
“Built in 1916, the original building was recognised as one of Sydney’s most outstanding office towers. Our brief was to ensure the WeWork interior was an exemplary example of office space today while fitting seamlessly into the brand’s global offer. The gathering spaces needed to feel informal and to act as flexible amenity spaces, catering for the changing needs of their members. These spaces needed to feel warm, inviting and lively to encourage members to interact.”
