Havwoods’ Delivery Service
Havwoods’ reputation is based on a combination of the breadth and depth of our product knowledge and the standard of our service, so we strive at all times to ensure that this is of the very best. We always keep large stocks of the majority of products featured on this site, ensuring immediate dispatch if required.
Alternatively, stock may be reserved for up to three months (or even longer by prior arrangement) in order to guarantee delivery as and when required. For larger projects, warehouse space is available for storing and delivering your order in manageable consignments.
DELIVERY
Havwoods deliver Australia-wide. Freight charges apply - ask us for a quote.
Standard Delivery is available to a safe and easily accessible site between the hours of 8am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) for a hand unload or pallet trolley unload at the kerbside.
Weekend deliveries POA.
It is the receiver's responsibility to ensure someone is on site to accept delivery and to move product into the building. Havwoods accepts no responsibility for product left outside.
pick up
Trade collections may be arranged by prior appointment only from our National distribution facility in Rutherford, NSW. Logistics Opening Hours are 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
returns
Returns are only accepted on defective goods. No returns will be accepted on leftover material or incorrect quantities ordered.
International Deliveries
Sea and air freight options are all available from Havwoods. Ask us for details.
