Relik

Havwoods’ Relik features products wearing their history upon their surface. Sourced from two different mills, one British owned and one Dutch, it includes reproduction as well as genuine reclaimed products, and a herringbone block as well as planks.

The unique appearance of reclaimed timber drives demand, yet this very lack of uniformity traditionally leads to difficult installation and high levels of wastage. Problems with reliable supplies can also make it a high risk specification. To solve this dilemma all of our Havwoods’ Relik range are actually pre-finished engineered products. This makes better use of the finite resources of timber reclaimed from barns, quays, docks, etc, and results in easy to fit boards which are so stable they may even be used over underfloor heating.

The reproduction reclaimed products in this range are made from European Oak to replicate the reclaimed timber look. They have a warm auburn colour with natural colour variation between the boards.

True to the Relik range, all products have a textured surface, great for creating character and interest in projects. 

Most products in the range are suitable for floors, walls, ceilings and even furniture. The two Pine products are only suitable for vertical surfaces such as walls and ceilings.
