A spacious home in London, the brief for Fairfax Place included combining two houses into one large property with lots of space for busy family life.
Fairfax Place presented a challenge with adherence to conservation area regulations and the need to integrate varying levels between the host houses seamlessly. Despite these obstacles, the design team achieved the desired outcome.

From the bedrooms and hallway to the living room and open plan kitchen-diner, Havwoods flooring has been used throughout the home, creating a seamless space that effortlessly flows from one room to the next. The on-trend Alzon Rustic and Fendi Prime herringbone patterns were chosen to complement the warm, Scandi-inspired palette and tap into the brief of old meets new interiors.
