Parkwood House, an impressive family home located in the heart of Dorset, has recently undergone a stunning renovation using Havwoods’ characterful Grande Chevron wood flooring.
The beautiful Queen Anne style house features traditional sash windows, stone and render detailing alongside clay plain tiles to provide authentic Georgian appeal. Based on a previous design built by the developers, the project brief was to attain a similar aesthetic using Havwoods’ stunning Grande Chevron wood flooring.
Working cohesively across the lounge, study and kitchen, the wood boards have been laid on a brand new concrete floor and have been specially constructed to be compatible with underfloor heating, for added practicality.
The gorgeous Grande Chevron flooring flows beautifully across each of the rooms of the home, whilst the distinctive pattern offers a linear and streamlined aesthetic that creates visual interest without overpowering the space.
