The project takes a comprehensive approach to the site redevelopment, gracing the setting with a range of streetscape improvements which include landscaped areas and even a new public art regime.
190 The Strand is a St Edward, residential-led, mixed use project set to rejuvenate the Temple area of Strand. Previously a vacant 1960s office block, the new stone, glass and laser-cut metal filigree facade now presents a more appropriate presence overlooking, as it does, the Grade I listed St Clement Danes church and flanked by the Courtauld Gallery, Somerset House, and two of the world’s finest universities.
The project also takes a comprehensive approach to the site redevelopment, gracing the setting with a range of streetscape improvements which include landscaped areas and even a new public art regime.
