When approached by a family to create the perfect ‘land-based yacht on the beach,’ Phil Anstey from Anstey Homes, a multi-award winning NSW custom home builder, knew just where to source the flooring.

As a finishing touch, ‘vibrant in colour’ art prints and splashes of green inject that nonchalance feeling of lounging at the beach, surrounded by nothing but fresh salty air and the sound of crashing waves against the shore.
