Working closely with Andreas Batsilas of ARKD London, the home underwent significant structural work, including extensions, a full kitchen revamp and bathroom renovations.  

Providing a fresh and cohesive look, new flooring was installed throughout the entire property, using Havwoods’ Amalgama Herringbone and Hunter 1-Strip in a Blonde colourway, creating an elegant, seamless flow from room to room. 

Bringing added flair to the interior design, Havwoods’ Simplista M5 and M7 wall panel veneers were also specified. Supplied unfinished, the eye-catching ribbed fluting of the panels have been painted in a crisp white colour to match the walls, injecting a subtle dimension and visual interest into the spaces whilst coordinating effortlessly with the pared-back, conteporary feel of the home.  

The combination of the light Blonde wood flooring, the intricate ribbed wall panels and the simple yet luxurious design details throughout have resulted in a property that reflects modern aesthetics and functionality, delivering a welcoming yet thoughtfully designed home.
