Showcasing both Fendi herringbone from the Design From Havwoods collection and Fendi plank from our Venture Plank range, this stunning residential renovation in the cosmopolitan London borough of Wandsworth combines contemporary styling with the period detailing of the building’s Victorian heritage.
The brief was to complete this big project to a very high standard finish, in order to sell the property fast. This meant creating a space that was both beautiful and functional, and would appeal to a wide audience.
Making the most of the given space, the result is a beautifully designed, modern home that is unified by the stunning wood flooring used throughout the upstairs and downstairs.
The project is characterised by neutral tones and contemporary features, with the red brick in the kitchen paying homage to the history of the building. The flooring plays a key role in the overall look of the project, with light coloured herringbone patterned wood throughout. The Fendi Herringbone is made from engineered European oak, which is sanded and smoked for a beautiful distinctive finish.
The pale-coloured planks and herringbone pattern assisted in opening up the property to create a sense of space and light, perfectly complemented by the large bay windows.
