The stylish apartments range from 50 to 260 square metres, resulting in one million square feet of new development.
Specifications called for wood floors to the living areas, with an option to upgrade to wood in the bedrooms too. Interior architects Johnson Naylor had a budget of £40 psm for a clean grade FSC® certified plank, and wanted to offer two colour palettes – one light and one dark. PurePlank is a particularly appropriate fit for this type of project: fully FSC® certified, the large volume production facility produces consistently high quality over large quantities, and all at an excellent price.
