With the ambition to create a jewellery store that offered both wow-factor and prestige design, the Pravins project underwent a superb refurbishment to achieve just that.
The main objective was to create a larger store by increasing the floor area and integrating a new layout with a large champagne bar and soft seating areas for customers and clients to feel relaxed in.
The refurbishment consisted of keeping the dark oak from the existing palette and moving forward with new brand colours and brass details. The designer, Lisa Moss Design, added in ribbed, scalloped and chevron patterns alongside warm wood surfaces specified by Havwoods with luxurious velvet furnishings for a layered and visual appeal.
Havwoods’ Notte Select and Salvo Prime boards were specified for the walls and floors of the store for a rich and contrasting effect. The dark tones of the Notte Select boards work particularly well across both the walls and the floors of the sophisticated bar area.
The chevron pattern exudes a designer statement whilst pairing exceptionally with the velvet chairs and Art Deco lighting. Adding a similar effect, the Salvo Prime planks have been incorporated throughout the rest of the space, resulting in an intriguing yet luxurious look and feel.
