The renovation brief here was to create a high end four-bedroomed flat with a neutral pallet in order to appeal to the widest possible market and, as is often the case, timescale and budget were restricted. The concept is minimalist and monochrome, so HW3001 Fendi Herringbone provided the perfect tones, and we particularly like the neat use of space, where a sliding floor in the utility area opens to provide access.
