What is the maximum waiting time?
Waiting time max 20 mins, any attempted and failed deliveries will incur 100% redeliver recharge which will be at the rate charged to Havwoods.
Do we need to have labour onsite?
Yes, please ensure there is labour at the point of delivery to offload your delivery as required.
