Havwoods Launches FlameLESS: A Breakthrough in Design-Led Fire-Rated Flooring

We’re proud to announce the official launch of FlameLESS, our innovative Bfl-s1 certified fire-rated engineered flooring solution, unveiled this week at the Fire Safety Event at the NEC Birmingham.
Members of the Havwoods team are excited to showcase FlameLESS live at the Fire Safety Event, one of the UK’s leading exhibitions dedicated to fire protection and prevention. Bringing together key people from across our product, marketing and business development teams, the Fire Safety Event is the perfect opportunity to talk to industry professionals and fire safety experts about the innovative breakthrough in performance and compliance that FlamessLESS brings to the wood flooring marketplace.
Visitors to our stand have had the opportunity to explore the product first-hand, speak with our technical experts, and learn how FlameLESS meets the latest safety standards without compromising on style. This marks our first time exhibiting at the event, and the response so far has been phenomenal!

Independently tested and certified to meet EN 13501-1 Bfl-s1 classification, FlameLESS is treated with specially formulated fire-retardant processes that enhance flame resistance without compromising the wood’s natural grain or character. Its engineered construction also ensures exceptional stability, even in high-traffic or challenging environments.
What does that mean in practice?
