Novotel Cambridge is one of the first buildings to be completed as part of the exciting revitalisation of Cambridge North. Located near the station and within walking distance to business parks and attractions, the hotel is perfectly placed to welcome guests visiting the area. 

This 17,600 sqm award-winning building is LinkedIn’s first purpose-built office development outside the US, and it is truly spectacular.

For this beautiful Bauhaus-designed listed building, the design brief was to create a stylish and welcoming home by enhancing and complementing the original features. The space needed to have high-quality, beautiful modern fixtures that enhanced the clean lines and stunning details throughout.  

The design journey of a luxury hotel renovation encompasses both the tangible and intangible - the aesthetic that one can see as well as the initial feeling that is created when guests first walk through the doors. To create a memorable first impression, Grant and Amanda opted for the warmth of timber flooring to realise their design vision.

Dartmouth Annexe encompasses Brewer’s signature ‘Scandi-Modern’ aesthetic, mixing neutral colours, exposed brickwork and natural materials.
