Acclaimed for uniquely designed co-working spaces across Manhattan and Brooklyn, Bond Collective has recently opened its first location outside of New York City. Located on the top floor of one of Philadelphia’s most historic landmark buildings, Bond Station House is conveniently located in the heart of Center City.
Nestled in an Art Deco building, the contemporary co-working space blends a rich combination of luxe style and relaxed sophistication. The vast Bond Station House showcases 25-foot-high ceilings in the main lounge and features an array of custom-built meeting areas and communal spaces. Natural light pours from the wraparound penthouse terraces onto a striking array of engineered hardwood flooring planks throughout the 22,000-square-foot space.
Seamlessly blending old decor with new materials, Bond Collective tapped Havwoods International for the global hardwood supplier’s Holme plank from the PurePlank collection. An affordable and consistent engineered plank ideal for commercial environments, PurePlank’s Holme features a triple layered engineered construction that involves a solid, European oak surface bonded to two layers of softwood to ensure greater stability. Holme showcases a striking sanded look, matte lacquered finish, and a one-strip pattern. The plank’s click-system installation is exceptionally quick and seamless for large-scale projects such as Bond Station House.
