Situated in a leafy area of Pimlico, this private Victorian property was in need of a light renovation throughout. The owners looked to Huntsmore Design & Build to reconfigure the space, with a view to modernising the building’s interior whilst preserving its characterful period features. Combining heritage style with the strength of a solid wood construction, our Tumbled Oak Herringbone was the flooring of choice for this London project, applied throughout the entrance hallway and adjoining dining area. The pale-colored planks assisted in opening up the naturally dark and narrow proportions of the property to create a sense of space and light.
