Welcome to Legacy Ridge, where modern design meets timeless charm. Nestled amidst the scenic beauty of Chelan, Washington State, Legacy Ridge stands as a testament to thoughtful design and elegant simplicity.
Legacy Ridge is a harmonious blend of neutral hues and vibrant accents. Under the visionary guidance of Homes By JJ, the home's interiors boast a warm grey/brown palette that serves as the perfect canvas for the bold splashes of color the clients adore.
The design was led by Creative Director Austin Riel, who selected Havwoods’ Tarare Character for the communal space flooring. Austin said “the Tarare was an option I loved, that ticked all of the client’s boxes for their wants/needs, and from there I was able to build upon that with the other finishes, paint colors, stone veneer for the fireplace etc”.
Regarding the overall colour scheme, Austin stated that “the clients loved bold pops of color and I believe the Tarare was a nice neutral base to tie in everything. This project was really just about helping bring the clients vision to life; they knew what they wanted but had trouble finding the right materials and tones and I think we were able to achieve that.”
