For contemporary interiors, the PurePanel® range is brush-finished with matt lacquer, presenting the gentle tones of the European Oak veneer in a choice of colors. If you are looking to add a more rustic feel to your room, Havwoods also provide a wide range of hardwood panels, re-engineered from aged wood that has been reclaimed from 17th and 18th Century houses, farm buildings and factories from either North America or The Baltics.
ARE RECLAIMED WOOD WALL PANELS EASY TO INSTALL?
The unpainted solid pine planks have been sanded, planed and profiled using 21st Century techniques, so they are as straight, flat and consistent as any modern plank, and thus are equally as easy to install.
The mosaic patterned wood wall paneling is, if anything, even more interesting. All are made from oak reclaimed from buildings in central Romania, an area rich in traditional timber skills, and crafted into interlocking panels. Some are painted by craftsmen and women who have honed their skills in encaustic painting on the icons found in Eastern Orthodox churches. All appear complex but are actually extremely easy to fit.
